INTRODUCTION by J. GLAPA : The Masters of our small world promise the
reconquest of the Moon to us , and the
conquest of Mars(while playing the well-known tune " Wonderful World".)
with, always, the sempiternal distressing question: does life exist elsewhere? Are there any
"intelligent" beings in Universe? The Masters of our small world
really take us for mentally deficient
people?... They erase what thousands of years of human experiences brought to us: the innumerable and
irrefutable evidences of the existence of alien
civilizations and their "visits" on our planet.....This
behavior and this "infantile" vision on behalf of our minor artists
is, once more, laughable This behavior and this "infantile" vision on

immense gap which separates our knowledge from the extraordinary prowesses of
our visitors..... Bob Pratt, in a recent article on his site, proves to us that
to speak about "space conquest" is a monumental strategic error in
the current context .....lt would be
more judicious to speak about repeated defeats of our armies and of our
"advanced" technology, each
time they meet the aliens..... And that's what I want to confirm by the
translation of Bob Pratt's article

FINALLY a HOPE!!! Perhaps this masked war which has
been lasting for decades is about to finish?.Mr
Bush, president of the United States,has declared he intends to give a
residence permit to the foreigners living in the States....Will Mexicans be
luckier than the Aliens?... Unless M.Bush, by one of these gestures of great
leniency which are the prerogatives of important people in this
world,decides to open also the doors of the american
paradise to the Aliens? AT LEAST!!!.But
need they really his authorization to go down in our low-world?....It is
superfluous to put this question for we do know they have been the MASTERS OF
SPACE for thousands of years up to now....as well as MASTERS of OUR POOR WORLD!!!!
