Description:
At 1 a.m while the sky was quiet,
without rain, nor thunderstorm, I saw flashes of lightning glittering through
my window. They were regular, in 1
minute of interval between every flash of lighting.
I wondered what it was but I did not pay
more attention because I was exhausted and I had been trying to sleep in my bed
for 1 hour.
But, when I saw the news in the morning where unusual flashes of lighting would
have been seen in England, I said to myself that I could have seen the same
thing....

An enormous cumulus on
June 3rd, 2000!!!
Certainly, these flashes of lighting exist but
some of them are strange . On Saturday,
June 3rd, 2000 at about 7:30 pm a big thunderstorm arrived over Douai and progressed in the direction of Denain (
Northern France). Terrible flashes of lighting between Douai and Denain , a big
ball of plasma observed at Pecquencourt over a pylone , the TV which trips 2 à3
times in kms around... And no droplet!!! The thunderstorm faints as high as
Denain... I observed it from Abscon and my bitch was as hypnotized by the
enormous black cloud... The whole in a quarter of an hour... The next day a
witness observes in England an enormous
ufo... (Internet).

Curious observation of clouds. |
THE
NATURE_revue of the sciences and their applications. _ No. 3152 - in
January, 1948..
In its number 3113 of
' October 1st, 1947, The Nature published an article on the artificial rain,
illustrated with a picture showing the effect of a release of dry ice on a sea
of clouds. The big cumuluses spread in carpet gave birth to a real mushroom of
explosion amounting to several thousands of metres in height.
This sight reminded me
an almost identical observation, where the dry ice is not in question.
It was in Le Mans at
the beginning of the summer, 1941, during the German occupation. Luftwaffe had
occupied the former aerodrome of Le Mans and the Circuit of the Sarthe and
maintained several groups of Messer-schmidt 109, twin-engined fighter planes
monofuselage, not very fast, but excessively handy.
(Note by Joseph Glapa: the reader didn’t know they were secret planes Messerschmitt 262!!!)
From his part, the
English R.A.F. came very frequently with isolated planes, at very high height,
release isolated bombs on the ground, obviously on principle, because the
damages were useless, as the inhabitants of Le Mans verified it, by circulating
permanently on the border of the ground lined with factories.
But the German pilots
were permanently on the alert and
several times, I had seen, from a near place, groups of
Messerschmidt in broad daylight fly around the ground or scatter hurriedly ,
and all the Frenchmen compared the spectacle to that of wasps springing from
their subterranean nest when we kicked near the entrance. Half an hour later,
planes returned discreetly and everything calmed down. Naturally the English
plane had disappeared.
It is this scenario
which occurred in the daytime of the observation which I indicate.
It was a magnificent
day, one Sunday as much as I remember, and at about 1 pm, the very clear sky
contained only some big cumuluses on base towards 300 m and summit probably towards 1000 m, clouds
moreover very distant from each others.
‘ At about 1 pm, all the city heard the noise of planes flying away hurriedly,
and I could see that the cause of the alert seemed to be in one of the
big cumuluses which, at this
moment, flew very slowly over the airfield. We could see Messerschmidt, - as panic-stricken around the cloud, prick inside at top speed, rerelease from it
in candle , and begin again their
operation, really very beautiful spectacle, but which was to be terribly
dangerous for the pilots.
Was it about an exercise ordered by the command
of the camp or the alert? I have never known it . But it was curious to
observe the terrified soldiers and
officers quartered in barracks in city, who followed the spectacle out
of the windows of houses.
I could then observe that the cloud,
which, in its arrival, seemed to have its base towards 300 m , to peak towards
1000m, and to deviate from the aerodrome and go away
from the city ; it had taken the shape of a very high pyramid with outlines
perfectly net and splendidly enlightened by the sun; its very pointed
point had to be probably towards 3000m, according to its
visible height on the horizon and its likely place on the ground.
My point of observation was 4
km of the airfield and the cloud was approximately 5 km when I observed its summit.
Over the moment, I could not understand the
phenomenon, but the article of The Nature seems to give the solution.
It is likely that the passage repeated by
planes in the cumulus. activated a similar action to some dry ice. I have never known
if it had been raining under the cloud
because the base was hidden from me by one of the crests surrounding the
city as it went away.
The phenomenon had struck me because six years
later I remember it well. It is true that I am there to wonder again why
the Messerschmidt were engaged in this arena which always
seemed to us abnormal,
Joseph Glapa's note:the witness is right
to underline the strangeness of his observation .But could he think even a
single moment, in 1941, that it was about something extraordinary? I
am convinced, in the light of all that we know today, that People from
Outer Space ,in their Ufos hidden in some big cumuluses, had come in number
this day there, to test the revolutionary plane which was presented to the
public in 1942 only: Messerschmitt 262!!! The first
squadron was in Le Mans since 1941.
Messerschmitt 262 was the first operational jet plane of the
world....( Bi.jet engine!!)

Balloons in distress in 1896!!!
Scientific committee of the Aéro-Club of
June, 1907.
( Cosmos-n°11736-6-20juillet 1907 p79)
In 1896, M.W. Monniot
had a balloon ascent over Boulogne-sur - Mer (northern France) on the occasion
of the inauguration of the monument Lhoste and Mangot. The balloon had already
been flying for a long time when it
abruptly rose with speed while going to
a turbulent cloud as sucked up by a powerful force.
The balloon was hardly plunged into a thick cloud when
a crackling comparable to that of a handle of salt thrown into the fire was listened with
intensity. The pilot, a very clever pilot, approached ropes to recognize the
nature of these noises, but deeply moved back,
by noticing that sparks sprang as soon as he approached fingers . The
energy of the phenomenon increased as the sphere rose; soon the pilot, the
hands wrinkled as when we hold the handles of an electric machine, had to give
up making the operations.
It is possible that these brilliant, visible
demonstrations even in broad daylight (it was 4 am in the afternoon) showed no
danger. We had however the right to be afraid of the inflammation of the
explosive mixture produced by the gas going out to of the appendix. The
aeronauts considered carefully to leave this impressive environment and made a
descent maybe a little bit lively:it was
easy to understand them.
A phenomenon of the same kind has just reproduced in a
way even much more striking, because it took place during an ascent at night
executed in the park of the hills of Saint-Cloud, on June 23rd, by Mr Levée.
Among the air exploits of the members of the Aéro-Club, the journeys of Mr
Levée make particularly sensation by their number, their duration and their
length. As a result the observations which we are going to summarize are calmly
made and with precision and cannot be revoked in doubt. They put in evidence
of facts that it is urgent to analyze; so,
we shall be able , in a precise way,to
notice that a not metallic balloon can, in certain cases, be electric in a
certainly dangerous way; it is likely that. In a similar situation, a balloon
dressed in a coat of aluminium would not have got out of it in so harmless a
way.
The balloon, with its trail-ropes well spread, was, at
11:55 p.m, at 1 300 metres in height in the neighborhood of Mons, when two
successive showers beat down on the material and the apparatus. It was
necessary to throw, at some moments, 75 kilograms of ballast to maintain the
balance compromised by the excess load of water, At the same time, the wind,
rather lively until then, fell with a speed not yet noticed in the previous
fifty two ascents of the pilot.
Some minutes later, Mr Levée, wishing to order the
bags of ballast, could see, in his great surprise, very lively sparks spring from one of them as soon as he approached the hand . As if
this appearance had been a signal, all the ropes started crackling , while the material, including
the unwound and wet trail-rope, became
brilliant.
The sphere, completely phosphorescent, looked like a
vast Chinese lantern; the spectacle was really
charming . Mr Levée and his two companions would have appreciated as it
is advisable, if they had not believed, as well as Mr Monniot, in 1896, the
neighborhood of these flames compromising for the gas tank in which their
existence was attached.
However, after some minutes of fear, no explosion
occurring, the aeronauts felt reassured .
The trail- rope was attached to the nacelle by a
cabillot which gave place to strange lights: a sheaf of brilliant lines went
out of it and these brilliant lines bent as fountains make it.
As we put the hand along ropes at a distance of some centimeters,
big flames dashed immediately. But they gave no physical sensation; no shock,
however weak it is, was felt during the
fifteen minutes when lasted the
observations repeated a big number of times.
The phenomena took two or three minutes to reach their
maximum; they disappeared by weakening gradually in an identical lapse of time.
What was curious there, it is that the balloon was
plunged into no cloud; it was under the influence of no cloudy layer of a
certain extent, the sky was strewed with numerous cumuluses letting perceive in
their intervals thousands of visible stars for an observer placed at 1 500
metres .....

TEN COMMANDMENTS -- I suggest UFOs have played an
important role in the history of the world. Reverend Barry Downing in his book
"The Bible and Flying Saucers" declares the messengers are here and
that the Pillar of Fire and of Cloud are ancient descriptions of UFOs. He and
other experts feel that when the Hebrew Scriptures are translated correctly,
they describe cylinder or saucer shaped craft with a dome, that carry God's
messengers, angels, or the Lord. The word most often used in the Old Testament
for cloud is 'anan,' a word that describes anything that flies except birds and
insects. The clouds or 'anan' are described as having attributes not normally
associated with fluffy clouds such as flying towards the observer and landing,
glowing at night, and carrying passengers. Reverend Downing states,
"During the exit of Israelites from Egypt they are guarded by a pillar of
cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night.' (Exodus 14:24), Sometimes the
pillar of cloud is referred to as the "Lord" (Exodus 13:21; 14:24);
other references seem to be "the angel of God" (Exodus 14:20),
"the glory and brightness of the Lord appeared in the cloud" (Exodus
16:10), "I am coming to you in a thick cloud" (Exodus 19-9), "Mt
Sinai was wrapped in smoke because the Lord descended upon it in a fire"
(Exodus 19:18). Obviously, normal clouds cannot carry passengers, so we can
assume the Bible is referring to some type of flying craft that hovers in one spot
for months. The descriptions often describe coming in the clouds. The power of
the Lord met Moses on the top of Mount Sinai and gave Christians and Jews the
Laws of God, known as the Ten Commandments. They begin, Because "I am the
Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of
bondage," "You shall have no other gods before me" (Exodus
20:2,3). These commandments provide a standard of behavior brought in a UFO by
the Lord who came from Heaven, so that Earth can fulfill God's plan.
